PARENT & cAREGIVER COACHING

We believe that families are the foundation of every child’s success. Our Parent & Caregiver Coaching program is designed to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support your loved one with autism meaningfully and effectively.

Through engaging, interactive training sessions, we break down complex behavioral strategies into simple, easy-to-use techniques that fit naturally into your daily routines. Whether you’re navigating new diagnoses, handling challenging behaviors, or looking to enhance communication and independence, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Our coaching sessions are personalized to meet your family’s unique needs. We focus on your goals and help you build the skills needed to foster a supportive, informed, and nurturing home environment. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we offer practical guidance rooted in evidence-based practices, delivered with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

When families are empowered, children flourish. Our goal is to help you feel equipped and supported—not just in the short term, but throughout your entire journey. With Yoma, you’re not alone. You’re part of a community committed to growth, connection, and lifelong learning.

eDUCATOR TRAINING & school consults

We partner with schools to create inclusive, supportive learning environments where every student can thrive. Our Educator Training & School Consultation services are designed to equip teachers, school staff, and administrators with the tools and strategies needed to effectively support students with autism and other developmental differences.

We offer evidence-based workshops, hands-on coaching, and tailored consultations that address behavior management, communication supports, sensory needs, and classroom structure. Whether you're looking to reduce behavioral disruptions or foster more inclusive practices, our expert guidance helps bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and classroom success.

Through collaboration, training, and ongoing support, we help educators feel confident, capable, and empowered, building schools where all learners are understood, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed.

Faith & community support

Inclusion starts with understanding that every community, including faith-based spaces, has the power to become a source of strength, compassion, and belonging for individuals with autism and their families.

Our Faith & Community Support services offer training, consultation, and collaborative planning for churches, community centers, and local organizations. We work closely with leaders, volunteers, and members to create welcoming environments that respect the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals while honoring the culture and mission of each community.

Whether you’re developing inclusive children’s ministries, training volunteers, or seeking guidance on how to accommodate sensory and communication differences, we provide practical tools and compassionate support. Together, we can foster spaces where all individuals feel seen, valued, and embraced, just as they are.
